Previously, confirming guest details for charging rooms often occurred during payment, leading to repeated requests for information, and slowing down the process. Now, staff can confirm guest names and room numbers once, when taking a new order, for a hassle-free experience for guests and staff.
Before saving the order, tap Select a room and enter the room number or guestβs name to find their room and complete the room check.

Confirm guest details at the table or on first contact. Guests can provide their room number when they are seated, or when starting a new open order. No need to check or re-check this information later.
If you forgot to ask for the details, you can still complete the room check when charging to the room during payment.
